I’ve been trying to source developers on Pinterest for a client I am working with, it was lots of fun but of very little value… here’s what I tried: site:pinterest.com intitle:”on pinterest” -inurl:pins (c++ OR java) (dublin OR ireland). Most of the articles about recruiting on Pinterest are about interacting with potential candidates, branding or pushing candidates to a career site, fair enough, but can you source from there? Not for the moment is my verdict.
